Established on January 5, 1998, ILYOON C&T started its business as a wholesaler and retailer supplying tools and hardware to tool and hardware stores of the country, opened branches in Gunpo and Sihwa, Gyeonggi Province and Gurodong, Seoul through endless efforts, and has paved the way for a new challenge in the 21st century with the purchase of the 284 square meter piece of land and 264 square meter building in January 2004. For active investment in facilities and diversification of items, we added wholesale and retail trade of electronics stuff (electrical goods) to the Company's scope of business in January 2001, and acquired and merged with Korea FNK a chemical manufacturer in September 2010. In future, ILYOON C&T will grow into an enterprise considering credibility as the first priority including safe supply of products, production of excellent quality goods through steady research and development, and sincere management of subcontractors.
